Going forward into the weekend, Ella and I had a relaxing Friday afternoon. She sat in her bouncer listening to music and later on lay by the window in the sun. We took some snapshots... what a happy baby!
Saturday was the warmest it'd been in a while and since Marty had the weekend off we decided (after doing a few chores in and outside of the house) to head out to Williamstown beach for a bit of a walk and dinner. It was SO busy. We had completely forgotten how popular that place is!

We ended up settling for fish and chips and taking it over to a park by the beach. It was nice, there were heaps of families with little bubbies out and about. Every other restaurant was just too busy and squishy for us to sit in with a baby and pram. It was definitely a learning curve! Williamstown beach restaurant - too small for babies in prams!
Sunday morning all three of us got ready again, this time to go visit my grandma, uncle. aunty and cousins in Gisborne.

Ella and mumma. I was so tired here! By this stage I'd drank 3 coffees, lol.
And last but not least, daddy's wonderful photography of Ella!
All in all, we had a perfect weekend together as a family but I was definitely happy to get home at the end of the day, throw my feet up and relax. I even mentioned to mister that I was looking forward to it being Monday tomorrow so I could stay home and be a domestic goddess! (hehe)
